Jean Paul grew up in a military family before attending the University of West Florida, where he received a Bachelor's Degree in International Studies and a Master's degree in Political Science. Jean Paul attended the University of Minnesota Law School after which he clerked for Referee Mary Madden in Hennepin County, Minnesota. Jean Paul has practiced family law primarily since 2016.
