- Civil Litigation
Prior to joining Burns & Hansen, P.A., Dan served as a judicial law clerk for three years in the 10th Judicial District. During this time, he gained experience in a variety of areas of law and honed his skills in research, legal writing, and analysis. Due to the quality of his work, Dan's judge was never reversed by an appellate court. His unique perspective on the judicial decision-making process is an asset to clients in both litigation, and transactional matters.
Dan's practice focuses on developing solutions for the legal needs of individuals and businesses. He emphasizes a client-centered approach throughout every stage of litigation. His objective is to protect the client's interest, whether in negotiations or court. Dan provides personalized, cost-effective legal representation to achieve positive outcomes for clients.
Dan graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2016 with a concentration in Environmental and Energy Law. He has a degree in Philosophy from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
In his spare time, Dan enjoys spending time with friends and family, attending live music events, backpacking, and hopelessly cheering on the Minnesota Timberwolves.
