Founding attorney Patrick Burns has practiced in Minnesota since 2001, concentrating in real estate law, family law and civil litigation as well as business formation, homeowners association law and estate planning. He has adopted a very practical and no nonsense method of practicing law. He is known for being very candid with clients, pragmatic, and a strong advocate in the courtroom. And in building his firm, he sought to create a full-service law firm delivering quality solutions in diverse areas of law.
Erik Hansen practices chiefly in business law, criminal appeals and family law. He has been listed by Minnesota Law & Politics magazine as a Rising Star each year since 2006. In 2008, Erik was appointed to the Minnesota Supreme Court Advisory Committee on the Rules of Civil Appellate Procedure.
Barton C. Gernander practices in civil and commercial litigation with substantial focus in construction law and real estate issues. He has also been recognized as a Rising Star in the legal profession and serves on the Minnesota State Bar Association Court Rules and Administration Committee and the Hennepin County Bar Fourth District Ethics Committee.
